Is Comprehensible Iowa 2024 in-person?
#CIIA24 will be held in-person at Gilbert High School in Gilbert, IA on June 7th and 8th 2024.
Will there be graduate credit available?
New for this year! We will be offering credits! More information to come soon!
What meals will be provided?
For CIIA#24 a lunch is provided with your registration fee when Comprehensible Iowa is able to hold an in-person conference. When registering, please mark your preference. We are having the VIP luncheon with our keynote! Spaces are limited though!
What is new for #CIIA24?
Comprehensible Iowa is now offering 1-4 GRADUATE CREDITS through the University of the Pacific! Getting credits is simple.
1) Attend the conference
2) Sign up using this link
3) Complete a reflection log about the sessions you attended
4) Create activities and/or lessons based on what you learned at the conferences
THAT’S IT! Did we mention that credits are only $79 each?!
I have heard of TPRS/CI, but don’t know many details. Is this right for me?
If you’re willing to learn an amazing, powerful, stimulating approach to learning a language, YES!
What should I bring to the conference?
A laptop or other device, notebook, open mind, willingness to share and network, water bottle, and a sweater or jacket.
Will there be child care services?
We will not be providing child care services.
